These Tranquil sounds and harmonies will stimulate deeper than Conscious awareness.

A hometown girl, she grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada where she currently resides and enjoys it’s many surrounding sites and wonderful People.

A child prodigy with musical talent, Leta  sought many avenues to create and perform beginning with Piano. Vocals developed soon after and the ability to harmonize has always come very natural.  She created her own style of piano to back her vocals.

In her early twenties, she joined a local band called “Chelsea Morning” as their lead singer for six years performing in a variety of venues.  A few attempts were made at song writing but not continued at this point.   She left the band to pursue an equally satisfying career in parenthood.  Music remained one of her passions but fell to the sidelines for a while.  As a devoted mother her creative passions found an even greater challenge – in the face of her newborn child.

In 1995 a friend convinced Leta  that she should pursue her writing skills again and from this creative venue she developed her song writing.  Everyday life,  brought words and melodies together in an inspiring cosmic blend,  some of which are heard on the “Touch Your Spirit” album.

The production and release of  “Touch Your Spirit ”  opened and brought with it a variety of new avenues.  As such, Leta has now performed for many organizations and fundraisers such as;  The Total Woman’s Show,    Hospice of Waterloo Region,  Grand River Women’s Network,   Senior’s Events,   Palliative Care,  Multi Cultural Festival, Gala nights at KOR Galleries,  St Andrews Church Concert,  Various Unity Centers in Ontario,   Beacon Festival,  Wellness Network,  Festival of Trees,  R.A.I.S.E.,  Spiritual Organizations, as well as a large variety of Private functions.

Leta’s  music and lyrics are inspired by her own personal life’s Journey through Love, Disappointments and Revelations.  “ Quite simply my music is about Feeling the songs

and reaching deep within the Spirit to balance and Heal,  be it a Love Song,  Inspirational, Spiritual,  my love for Nature or just the simple things and People that touch one’s Life.”

She names Gordon Lightfoot  as the primary musical inspiration in her life since the age of  eleven,  and can never tire of his music.  “He takes you on Journeys of Living and experiencing the songs and that is what I believe music should be.  Listening to him really is a freeing experience.   His work has brought great honour to our beautiful country, Canada”.    Leta is also inspired by the writings of Neil Diamond,  Kris Kristofferson,  Rita Coolidge, Anne Murray,  Celine Dion, Sarah McLachlan, Loreena McKennitt and Enya to name some favourites.

Leta is very much in Touch with her Inner Spirit and truly honours that this may come in different avenues for each individual as we are all on a Learning and Growing Path.

“ I believe that as we search for our Life’s true Unfoldment it is necessary to keep our Spirit - Mind - Heart  alive and fulfilled.  Then all facets of our life will fall into form as it should, for Higher Intent will be our driving force. Music is a pathway to open to the Peace that is all-ways at the Center of our Being,   we just need to visit there a whole lot more often!”  Living in “Gratitude” is what she practices diligently on a daily basis.

Leta is also a strong supporter of the preservation of animals,  the environment - our Mother Earth and natural Healing for the Earth and Ourselves.   She has continued her writings and interests in these avenues and her purpose is to participate in the growing awareness that we have depleted our world and must reinstate the balance again.

The Canada song -- ‘Voice of Canada’ -- clearly defines her dedication not only to her country, but it’s natural preservation and is a great driving force behind the power of her voice when singing this song.

Her deep Native interest apparent in this song will be more evident as her new music unfolds.

She is truly grateful for her gifts and talent and is honoured to share that with You.

So we invite you to allow Leta to take you from your everyday clutter of Life,  to the warmth of your Inner Real You,  to Awaken and truly Listen to where the beginning and end of all Greatness resides,  to a Place that feels Safe where Healing begins and we are able to better ourselves from what  we were a moment ago -- even if Just for a Moment!

Take the Journey to  “Touch Your Spirit”   and please share it with those you like to have Touch their Spirit as well.
